Custom Your Pickleball (part of Bodegraven & Wilffert Enterprise) attaches great importance to the careful handling of personal data. In this statement we explain which data we collect, what we use it for and which rights you have.

1. Who is responsible?

Custom Your Pickleball is a trade name of Bodegraven & Wilffert Enterprise, established in the Netherlands. For questions about your data you can get in touch via info@customyourpickleball.com.

2. Which data do we collect?

We only collect data that is necessary to provide our service:

When you place an order: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, your design and the order details.
When you request a quote: company name, contact person, email, phone, number of paddles, deadline and any additional notes.
When you contact us via the form or email: name, email and the content of your message.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and website behaviour (only with your consent for analytics cookies).

3. What do we use your data for?

Processing and delivering your order or quote.
Contacting you about your order, proof or question.
Sending an invoice and keeping our records.
Improving the website (anonymised statistics).

4. With whom do we share your data?

We only share data with parties that help us deliver the service and that are covered by a data processing agreement:

Supabase (EU hosting): for storing orders and requests.
Resend: for sending transactional emails.
Vercel: for hosting the website.
Carriers (PostNL, DHL): for delivery.
Belastingdienst: where this is legally required for our records.

We do not sell data to third parties.

5. How long do we keep your data?

Order and invoice data: 7 years (statutory fiscal retention period).
Contact form messages: a maximum of 12 months.
Quote requests without follow-up: a maximum of 24 months.
Analytics data: a maximum of 14 months, anonymised.

6. Cookies

This site uses functional cookies that are necessary for it to work (for example to remember your design). We only place analytics cookies after your consent. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

View which data we keep about you.
Have it corrected or deleted.
Restrict the processing or object to it.
Take your data with you (data portability).
File a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority).

Send your request to info@customyourpickleball.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control and periodic reviews to protect your data against unauthorised access or loss.

We may amend this privacy statement. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last change at the top.
