About our paddles
What type of paddle do you use?
We use professional pickleball paddles with a 100% carbon surface and a polymer honeycomb core, comparable to the quality of major pickleball brands. Suitable for both beginners and advanced players.
What is the print quality like?
Full colour, weatherproof, UV-resistant. Our print is designed to withstand impact, sweat and sunlight. Guaranteed for normal intensive use.
Can the paddle be printed on both sides?
Yes. By default we print both sides of the face with the same design. Want two different designs or a printed edge? That's possible with the Full Custom option or in consultation.
About pricing and ordering
What does a custom pickleball paddle cost?
For individuals: €49 for a Basic (printed face), €60 for Full Custom (face + edge), €110 for the Duo Deal (2 paddles). All including VAT and shipping. For businesses, volume discounts apply from 5 units.
What is the minimum order?
One paddle. Really. We make both one-off orders for individuals and larger runs for companies and clubs.
How do I order?
Individuals: design in our designer, click order, pay directly. Businesses: design in our designer, request a quote, we get in touch within 4 hours.
Can I see a proof before you produce?
Yes, always. Within 24 hours of ordering we send a digital proof. We only start finishing once you approve.
Do I pay shipping costs?
No. Shipping within the Netherlands is free, included in the listed prices.
About designing
Do I have to supply my own logo?
No. In our designer you can choose colours, text, patterns and your own uploads. A logo isn't required. Just a name, date or word is fine too.
Which file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF. SVG gives the best print quality. Minimum resolution for raster files: 300 DPI.
Will you help with the design if I get stuck?
For business orders from 10 units, design support is included. For individuals we're happy to advise by email if something doesn't work out.
About delivery
What is the delivery time?
A maximum of 7 days for individuals, from approved proof to delivery in the Netherlands. For larger B2B orders we count on 7 to 14 days, depending on quantity.
Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes. We deliver throughout Europe. International deliveries have adjusted shipping costs, shown at checkout or in the quote.
What if I'm in a hurry?
For rush orders we can sometimes deliver within 3 working days. Get in touch for availability.
About business orders
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. From 5 paddles the price per unit drops. Exact prices are on our business page.
Can you put individual names on each paddle?
Yes. Team paddles with team logo plus individual player names is standard service, no surcharge.
Can you invoice under a company name?
Yes. All business orders get a proper invoice with VAT. For international B2B within the EU we invoice under the OSS scheme.
About warranty and returns
What if there's a mistake in the print?
If we made a mistake, we reprint at no cost. If the error was in the supplied file (visible on the approved proof), we'll look at the best solution together.
Can I return a custom paddle?
Because the product is made to order for you, it's excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. That's why we're extra careful with the proof check before producing.
Do you give a warranty on the paddle?
Yes. 12 months warranty on material and print defects under normal use.
