Pickleball paddle with logo: how it works for businesses and teams

A pickleball paddle with your company logo is one of the most distinctive corporate gifts of the moment. Not in a drawer, but on the court. Here is how it works.

Pickleball paddle with company logo, printed as a corporate gift

Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in Dutch business. Offices build their own courts, teams organize pickleball evenings, clients are invited for a game of pickleball instead of a lunch. And with that the demand grows for something tangible to make that pickleball culture visible: pickleball paddles with a company logo. For the corporate-gift angle read pickleball corporate gift; for team events see pickleball team building.

Why businesses choose custom pickleball paddles

Three reasons keep coming back.

A pickleball paddle gets used. Weekly, often multiple times. Where a bottle of wine is gone within an evening and a power bank disappears into a drawer, a paddle comes out of the bag every time you play. That means repeated brand exposure, not only with the owner but also with opponents, coaches and fellow players.

A custom paddle radiates investment. If you give a corporate gift that is obviously made with the recipient in mind, that lands. Not a mass product, but something specific.

It links your brand to a growing sport. Pickleball is in 2026 on the agenda of every SME entrepreneur or marketer. By making your brand visible on the court, you link it to dynamism, sport and modern business.

What occasions does it work for?

Three main applications we see:

Corporate gifts for top clients. For example at the end of the year, at contract renewal, or at a special milestone. We made paddles for Contentoo, a company in content marketing, that they handed out to their top-team clients.

Team building and internal events. More and more companies have employees play pickleball together as a team activity. Custom paddles with a team logo strengthen the sense of togetherness. We did this for Guidon Groep, where every employee got a paddle with the company logo and their own name.

Event giveaways and sponsorship. Companies that sponsor a pickleball event or organize one themselves use paddles as a prize, participation gift, or memento. Also works well for product launches where you want people to talk about it.

What does a pickleball paddle with logo cost?

We work with volume discounts for business orders. Indicative prices, Full Custom (hitting surface plus side with logo), including VAT and shipping within the Netherlands:

  • From 5 paddles: €49 per unit, total €245
  • From 10 paddles: €44 per unit, total €440
  • From 25 paddles: €39 per unit, total €975
  • From 50 paddles: €36 per unit, total €1800
  • From 100 paddles: custom quote

These prices include printing with your company logo on the hitting surface, optionally also on the side. Individual names per paddle are included at no extra cost, ideal for team building or anniversary handouts.

How does it work?

The workflow for business orders:

Step 1: Design

You or someone on your team opens our designer and creates an example of how the paddle should look. Upload your company logo (SVG or high-resolution PNG works best), choose colors that match your brand identity, decide whether you also want to print the side. Count on five to ten minutes.

Step 2: Request a quote

Via a separate form you request a quote. Specify: quantity, desired delivery date, special wishes (individual names, specific color codes, packaging).

Step 3: Receive the quote

Within 4 hours you get a concrete quote with final price, delivery time and any suggestions. Also a professional proof so you can see how it will look.

Step 4: Approval and production

You give approval, we start finishing. Delivery time: 7 to 14 days depending on quantity.

Step 5: Delivery

Packed and shipped to one address or distributed across multiple addresses if you want it sent around.

What you need for a good print

One thing to know in advance: the better the logo you supply, the nicer the end result. Ideal is a vector file (SVG or EPS). That is a logo you can scale infinitely without loss of quality.

Only have a PNG or JPG of your logo? Check that the resolution is at least 300 DPI. If your logo comes from a website, it is probably 72 DPI and too low for good print work. In that case ask your graphic designer or marketing agency for the original file.

No vector logo available and no designer nearby? We can think along for larger orders (from 10 paddles). For smaller orders we refer you to a freelancer.

How fast can it be done?

Standard delivery time for business orders: 7 to 14 days after approval of the proof.

For events with tight deadlines: mention it in your request, then we will see what is possible. We have more than once delivered 25 paddles within five days for events with a fixed date.

This is why it works for businesses

More than a gift. A pickleball paddle with logo is working marketing, not a passive gift. Every time the recipient plays, more people see your brand. With a keen player that adds up to hundreds of hours of visibility per year.

For an SME working on brand recognition in the pickleball community (think of companies that sponsor, or recruit among pickleball players) this is one of the sharpest forms of branded content you can do.

Ready to work it out? Open the designer, make an example design, and request a quote. Within 4 hours you have a concrete price.
