What can't you arrange in time?

An honest heads-up about timing, so you do not face surprises:

Custom paddles ordered after December 10 often no longer make Christmas, unless we can deliver express (for a small surcharge). So plan ahead.

International deliveries (Belgium, Germany) require extra shipping time. To be sure: order at least ten working days before the desired date.

B2B orders for the office or team for Christmas: count on 10 to 14 days of production plus a week of margin. Orders we still receive in week 50 we can still make for small quantities, large orders often no longer.

Tips for your gift approach

Tip 1: Don't ask directly

If you want to surprise someone, don't ask beforehand “what do you want?”. Just design and go. If they are not happy (rarely), we exchange it for a variant that does work.

Tip 2: Work with a gift group

For more expensive items like pickleball weekends or large custom orders, chip in with several people. A custom paddle for €119 from four people feels nice.

Tip 3: Think about the "and then?" moment

A paddle is a gift, but it is also only used from the first time playing. Make sure they can go to the court with it right away: so also balls in the bag, or grip material to take along.
